Due to the international nature of our logistics, exchanges are limited but possible in specific situations.

When Exchanges Are Accepted

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect;

  • The wrong item, size, or color was shipped.

How to Request an Exchange

Send an email to support@velon.com with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will reply within 3 business days with instructions.

Exceptions

  • Exchanges are not available for personal preference (e.g., style, size selection errors).

  • Promotional or discounted items cannot be exchanged unless defective.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and unused.
